S.BOX Pte Ltd ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is issued in compliance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

  • Account data: name, email, phone number, password.
  • Delivery data: collection and delivery addresses, time slots, delivery notes.
  • Payment data: billing details processed by HitPay. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Box data: photographs of the outside of each box taken at collection for condition records.
  • Usage data: device, browser, and basic log information.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver, collect, store, and return your boxes.
  • To process payments, refunds, and deposits.
  • To send transactional emails and service updates.
  • To improve our service and prevent fraud.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to run S.BOX — for example our payment processor (HitPay), delivery operators, and email providers. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations.

6. Your Rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. Some data may be retained where required by law.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and restricted access. No method is perfectly secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information.
