Terms of Service

1. About S.BOX
S.BOX ("we", "us", "our") is a box storage service operated by S.BOX Pte Ltd in Singapore. We deliver empty boxes to you, collect them once packed, and store them in our warehouse until you request their return.
2. Storage Rules
- No contraband, flammables, or dangerous items may be stored.
- We will photograph the outside of each box upon collection.
- Orders are charged in full even if boxes are returned early.
You are responsible for the contents of each box. Prohibited items include but are not limited to illegal substances, firearms, perishables, live animals, cash, jewellery, and items restricted under Singapore law.
3. Billing & Payments
Storage fees are billed on a weekly or monthly cycle based on the plan you select at checkout. Payments are processed through HitPay. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the total amount shown at checkout and any recurring renewal amounts until you cancel.
4. Delivery & Collection
Deliveries and collections are scheduled within the time slots you select. Please ensure someone is present to receive or hand over boxes. Missed slots may incur a re-delivery fee.
5. Liability
Our liability for loss or damage to stored items is limited to the amount recoverable under our warehouse insurance. We are not liable for items stored in breach of these terms, including prohibited items and items of exceptional value that have not been declared in writing.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Active billing cycles run to their end date and are non-refundable, as described in our Refund Policy.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of S.BOX after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
